Another warm welcome to my niece Miss Sacha Aglibot Rodil, only daugther of Juancho and Evelyn Rodil. She's
working as a Systems Support Analyst in a water district company in Las Vegas, Nevada. She will be visiting us on Thanksgiving

After 3 yrs. in Alabama, Lala completed her family medicine residensy in October 2006 and will now be
working with Graybill Medical Group in Escondido. Joseph Naval, her husband will continue to work at home as an independent
contractor in the graphic arts field. Elijah, their son, is 2 1/2 yrs. old, and amazingly, there is no end to his curiosity.He
loves reading ,soccer, singing along with the Backyardigans, and most importantly, playing with his cousins, Andrew and Annie.They
are extremely happy to be back home in San Diego. Proud to be a Chargers fun.
Dr. Laarni Gonzales Naval is the older daugther

Recent Retirees: Master Chief Dennis Macaoile after 24 years
in service from the United States Navy. He also served the SASDCI as an officer and hope that he will serve the association
again with the support of his wife Cecille and children.
Condolence to the family of Jaime Sahagun who died 2 days ago in Los Angeles, California. His body
will be flown in the Philippines for burial. He is survived by his mother, brothers Danny, Cesar and the Municipal Postmaster
of San Antonio, his sister Eleanor Sahagun Maigue of Virginia Bch. and others. He was the brother of the late Zenaida Sahagun
Yambao. Let us all pray for the repose of his soul and may he rest in peace.
Our deepest sympathy to the family of Mrs. Adelina Ferrer Cabiles,who died yesterday October 31,
2006 in one of the hospital in the Philippines. She was survived by two sons: Manolito and Norman, daugther-in-laws: Edna
Alegre and Clemen Domingo, grandchildren: Edward, Norman Jr., Patrick and Joanna. Our condolences to the family !!!!!.
One of our former member of the associations died recently. Mrs. Juling Pablo, mother of Mrs. Corazon P. Aguimatang

viewed at Los Angeles and Salinas,CA.
One of our former San Antonians member that lived now in the Philippines passed away last week. He was Mr. Federico Ferrer,
father of Mrs. Lourdes Ferrer Frank. Our condolences to the Family!!!!!!
Miss Joanna Mae Cabiles, Happy Graduation!!!!
Do you know that Miss Margie Fabunan Moran, daugther of CW04 Gil Moran and Josie Fabunan, is also SDSU graduate in
Kinesiology, pursue her studies at Sleepy Rock University of Pennsylvania, for masters and doctorate in Physical Therapy and
passed the Nationwide Board Exams 2005. Currently employed at Summerlane Rehabilitation Center, Nevada.
Smart Cousins: Jojo Rafanan Evangelista and Wella Evangelista. Both graduated with the degree in Physical Therapy
from the Far Eastern University in Manila. Jojo graduated Magna Cum Laude and Wella finished Cum Laude.
Jojo is the son Of Cipriano Evangelista and the late Wilma Rafanan. Grandson of Ramon Rafanan of Mira Mesa. he plans
to be a doctor like his brother DR. Ryan R. Evangelista.
Wella is the daugther of Jesus Evangelista and Luz Velasco. Proud Aunt Norma E. Gipulan reportedly attended her graduation
in Manila. Wella and Jojo graduated from TRYangco Educational Institute as Valedictorian and salutatorian,respectively.
Joey Tabula, son of the late Abet Tabula and Annabelle Alcones, UP Los Banos graduated Cum Laude in B.S. Biology.
He plans to pursue Medicine (Neurology) in UP. Joey has to thank his benefactor Grandaunt Lita Alcones Padua.
John Manzano graduated from Long Beach State University with a Degree in Political Science. John is the Son of Sonny
and Nadine Manzano and grandson of the late Betty Caceres
Once again, a fruit of San Antonians, Anthony John Flaviano, a 7th grader of Hayfield Secondary School of Virginia,
USA. He has made a remarkable achievement for himself. A school honor student, who top a Math competition for all 7th and
8th grader this June 7, 2006. He received his award June 8, 2006 and will be recognized county wide for their School
Distrct. His parents Virgil ( John) and Christina M. Flaviano, definitely are so proud of AJ's accomplishment. We, Grandparents
Manny and Marie Flaviano, are much more thankful for Gods blessings and pray AJ will continue to be a good
brother to Andrew James. CONGRATULATIONS AJ !!!!
Another son of a San Antonians that makes his goal a success is Atty. Rodney Maggay, who now works in the Department of
Justice of Washington D.C.. He is the eldest son of Ernesto and Roselyn Maggay. Congratulations Rodney!!!!!!
